Precision machining, fabrication & welding
Manufacturing capabilities include CNC and conventional turning, milling, drilling, boring, hole and keyway machining, slot cutting, profile machining, surface and cylindrical grinding, blade finishing and dimensional inspection, as applicable. Cutting tools are made to specified outer diameter (OD), inner bore (ID), thickness, blade length, mounting-hole pitch, bevel angle, edge geometry, flatness, parallelism and concentricity.
Related engineering jobs include blade holders, spacer rings, shaft assemblies, cutting machine supports, fabricated mounting structures and welding of suitable industrial components. Heat treatment, hardening and tempering are selected according to material and duty.
Blade materials & technical considerations
Depending on service conditions and customer specifications, materials may include high-carbon steel, HCHCr, D2 / DIN 1.2379 tool steel, HSS M2, EN31 / 100Cr6, alloy tool steels, selected stainless steels and tungsten carbide or carbide-tipped options.
Engineering selection considers hardness (HRC), wear resistance, toughness, edge retention, cutting speed, blade clearance, dimensional tolerances and surface finish. Material grades and final hardness are application-dependent.
