Casting, forging, fabrication & machining
Different components demand different manufacturing routes. We arrange and control production through suitable foundry, forging, fabrication and machine-shop facilities based on material grade, geometry, quantity, tolerance and end use. The process may begin with a pattern, forging blank, plate profile or rough casting and proceed through staged machining and inspection.
Casting of ferrous and non-ferrous industrial components, including bronze, gunmetal and other copper-alloy parts.
Forged and machined shafts, pins, hubs, couplings and load-bearing components.
CNC, VMC and conventional machining for turning, milling, boring, drilling, facing, slotting and keyway work.
Fabrication and welding of conveyor parts, frames, slats, supports and customized assemblies.

Precision hole making, grooving and profile development for repeatable fitment.
Our product scope further includes pulleys, shaft assemblies, machined rollers, bearing components, grooving tools, cutting tools, cane knives, chopper knives, hammers, hammer tips and special-purpose replacement spares. Where required, components can be supplied in rough-machined, semi-finished or fully finish-machined condition.

Casting
Casting of ferrous and non-ferrous industrial components, including bronze, gunmetal and other copper-alloy parts, through pattern and core preparation, alloy melting, pouring and fettling.
Forging
Forged and machined shafts, pins, hubs, couplings, yokes and load-bearing components, with the forging route chosen to obtain sound grain flow and strength in heavily stressed areas.
Fabrication & Welding
Fabrication and welding of conveyor parts, frames, slats, supports and customized assemblies using MIG/MAG, TIG and conventional arc welding, with controlled edge preparation, fit-up and weld sequencing to limit distortion.
CNC / VMC Machining
CNC, VMC and conventional machining for turning, milling, boring, drilling, facing, slotting and keyway work, plus precision hole making, grooving and profile development for repeatable fitment.
Gear Cutting
Gear cutting and tooth profiling for industrial gears and pinions — spur hobbing, helical cutting, gear shaping, pinion and crown-pinion machining, rack and spline cutting, and worm and worm-wheel work.
Heat Treatment & Finishing
Normalising, stress relieving, hardening and tempering, induction hardening and case hardening to achieve the required wear resistance and core toughness, followed by shot blasting, primer, epoxy coating or special surface protection.
