Sugar manufacturing remains one of our principal areas of focus. We supply and develop sugar mill spare parts for cane handling, juice processing, filtration, crystallization, power transmission and general plant maintenance. Our product range includes cane carrier slats, bagasse carrier slats, intermediate carrier slats and feeding carrier conveyor components.

Carrier slats can be developed to suit the required chain pitch, hole pattern, width, profile, thickness, attachment arrangement and protective coating. They are intended for cane carriers, bagasse carriers, intermediate carriers, feeder tables and related conveyor systems. Accurate hole positioning, controlled fabrication and proper matching with the chain assembly are important for smooth travel and reduced maintenance.

For mill-house applications, we supply phosphor bronze bearing liners, gunmetal bushes, bronze bushes, top roller bearing liners, bottom bearing liners and other finish-machined bronze components. These parts may incorporate oil grooves, lubrication passages, cooling arrangements and special profiles as required by the drawing and operating position.

Our sugar-industry range also covers perforated sheets, centrifugal backing screens, rakes for rake carriers, conveyor rollers, idler rollers, pulleys, sprockets, shafts, shaft assemblies, gears and pinions.

VISHAL ENGI - CHEM supplies power-transmission and material-handling components for sugar, steel, cement, paper, chemical and other process plants. We manufacture or source-production-manage custom parts in accordance with dimensional and material requirements, with attention to fitment, alignment, load transfer and service conditions.

Our range includes industrial cardan shafts—also known as Cardan shafts, universal joint shafts or drive shafts—for rolling mills, process equipment and heavy industrial drives. Replacement shafts may be developed using flange dimensions, closed and extended length, torque requirement, operating angle, speed and existing equipment information.

We also handle industrial gears and pinions, mill pinions, kiln pinions, ball mill pinions, spur gears, helical gears, crown pinions, racks, worm and worm-wheel sets, and specialized gear teeth cutting work. Gear components can be developed from drawings or samples with appropriate consideration of module or DP, pressure angle, tooth form, face width, bore, keyway, material and heat-treatment requirement.

For conveyor and bulk-material-handling systems, we supply idler rollers, return rollers, impact rollers, rubberized rollers, conveyor pulleys, head pulleys, tail pulleys, snub pulleys, shafts, bearing housings, frames and customized conveyor spare parts. These components are used in material movement systems across sugar mills, cement plants, steel plants and general industries.

Industrial replacement work often begins with incomplete information. A customer may have an old component, a worn sample, a workshop sketch or only a partially available drawing. We work with the available technical inputs to identify critical dimensions, material requirements, interfaces and operating conditions before production.

For a quicker and more accurate quotation, customers are encouraged to share drawings, photographs, dimensions, material grade, quantity, machine make or model, application details and delivery destination. For cardan shafts and gears, operating data is also helpful. For screens and perforated sheets, hole or slot size, pitch, open area, sheet thickness and material are important. For liners and bushes, bore, outside dimensions, length, groove details, clearances and alloy grade should be specified wherever available.
